A light and crunchy chocolate from the UK that recently came to America. Taking what was an ordinary chocolate malt ball and utilizing the product itself to cultivate a social persona and inserting the candy where it felt fit, whether it was for comical, educational, entertainment, or cultural or trendy purposes, I succeeded in creating content that resonated easily and seamlessly with our audiences, constantly surpassing and establishing new social benchmarks.
As the lead copywriter for content across all platforms, I established a notable social presence with fun, witty and thumb-stopping language, while juggling community management, influencer outreach, being on the lookout for trend-worthy conversations and opportunities and putting together surprise and delight packages for influencers and fans. One of the best parts of this role was not only getting to eat all the delicious chocolate, but getting the direct opportunity to communicate with our fans and followers who would feel so special knowing we acknowledged their love for us.
